About Us

Evolve Health is an inter-disciplinary clinic dedicated to delivering the highest standards in Musculoskeletal, Sports and Exercise Medicine. It was established in 2016 and is located in the heart of West Cork. Based in the same premises as Dr. Martin Dekkers, who has been practising medicine for more than 40 years, Evolve Health aims to carry on the tradition of patient centered healthcare.

The founders, Thomas and Niamh, having studied together in Australia realised that they had a similar enthusiasm for physiotherapy and musculoskeletal medicine. They have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, private multidisciplinary clinics and with elite sports teams and have come together to create a clinic that embodies the best of these experiences.
